This Privacy Policy explains how Travis Penny, a Mortgage Loan Originator with Vision Mortgage, LLC (together, "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your nonpublic personal information when you use travis.mortgage, travispenny.com, or any of our forms or services. We retain loan file information for the periods required by federal and state mortgage record retention rules, generally three to seven years after your file is closed or withdrawn. Inquiry only information is kept for up to two years and then deleted or anonymized.
