Choosing a mortgage broker is personal. A loan involves your finances, your timing, and the place you plan to live or invest. Reviews can give you a sense of what other people chose to share about working with me, but they cannot tell you exactly how your transaction will turn out. I do not want to turn a client's experience into a promise about a different client or property. Each mortgage file has its own credit, income, assets, property, and timing questions.
