If you want the program page, start with my fix and flip loans page.
What is a fix and flip loan?
It is short term investor financing for purchase and renovation when your plan is to sell. Funds for rehab usually come out in draws after inspections.
Who is a fix and flip lender?
I am a mortgage broker. I shop wholesale lenders that fund investor rehabs. Send me the address, budget, timeline, and your experience.
What do I need to start?
Purchase details, rehab scope and budget, after repair value estimate, credit range, liquidity, and a clear exit to sell.
Where can I use it?
Investment property only. This is not a loan for a home you will live in.
