If you want the program details in one place, start with my FHA P&L and FHA ITIN loans page. Here's how it works and who it fits.
Can I get an FHA loan with a P&L?
In Florida, yes. Instead of leaning only on two years of tax returns, this option can use a profit and loss statement to show self employed income, with FHA's lower down payment.
Can I get an FHA loan with an ITIN?
Most FHA lenders require a Social Security number. In Florida I have an FHA option for some ITIN buyers.
What about a written VOE?
In Florida there's also an FHA option where your employer completes a written verification of employment.
I'm not in Florida. Now what?
These programs are Florida only. In Maine, start with my Maine FHA loans page.
Where to go from here
